Billing & Rates
Goodlad Therapy Services is not in network with any insurance plans. Upon request, we will provide a Superbill monthly which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance plan for specific details regarding referral requirements, coverage for therapy, and reimbursement of out-of-network services.
Payment is due at the time of each therapy session. We accept credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, personal checks, or cash.

Individual Therapy Sessions: $130 per 45-minute session
Virtual Parent Consultation: $75 per 30-minute consultation

Yes. Therapy can be beneficial even if your child did not meet eligibility requirements at the school. We will evaluate your child and develop a treatment plan if appropriate.

We do not require a prescription from the doctor. However, many insurance companies require prescriptions for reimbursement to be considered. You might need a prescription or referral if you are planning to submit a Superbill. Please contact your insurance company for requirements of your specific plan.

Not necessarily. If your child has been evaluated by a Speech-Language Pathologist recently, we may be able to use the information from that evaluation to create a treatment plan.

Regular attendance of scheduled therapy sessions is crucial to your child’s progress, and we hold the session time for your child. Therefore, we require everyone to follow our 85% attendance policy and respect our “24 Hour cancellation” policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. If the session is not canceled with 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
We recognize that kids get sick often. Emergency cancellations are accepted for illness, illness of a family member, or death in the family. These sessions must be canceled at least two hours prior to the appointment on the day of the appointment.
